Triple Killer Hit-And-Run Driver Beaten By Angry Mob

This is the moment an out-of-control driver crashes into the back of a motorbike sending those on-board flying before reportedly trying to escape the scene and being beaten by an angry mob.

The shocking scenes took place in the municipality of Avellaneda, in the eastern Argentina province of Buenos Aires when the driver, identified as Ariel Gaston Lopez, 41, reportedly lost control of his Chevrolet Corsa Classic.

In the video, the driver of the black Chevrolet can be seen speeding towards a pedestrian crossing and crashing into the back of a stationary motorbike.

The bike and the two people on board, named in reports as Luis Eduardo Butone, 40, and Valeria Alejandra Pascual, no age given, are sent flying into the air hitting another pedestrian named Eduardo Gustavo Arauz, 22.

Butone, Pascual, who was a mother of two, and Arauz all died at the scene while the driver reportedly tried to escape but was stopped by passersby.

In the second video, the body of one of the victims can be seen in a pool of blood as an enraged onlooker screams at the alleged driver and slaps his face.

Others then get involved, kicking and punching the suspect on the ground. Local media report the onlookers kept the suspect on the pavement until the police arrived and arrested him.

A fourth person named as Nahuel Salas was injured in the incident and was taken to hospital with a fractured leg. His life is not reportedly in danger.

Prosecutor Solange Caseres is investigating the case as a triplet homicide and investigators are working to determine of the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time as he reportedly smelt of alcohol when he was arrested.

The investigation is ongoing.
