Popular transgender model Danna Sultana has announced that she is having a child with her trans male partner.

According to local media, Danna, who was born a man, has conceived a baby with her boyfriend Esteban Landrau, who was born female, through natural conception.

Reports said that Danna has had a boob job while Esteban has had his removed, but the baby was still possible as they both currently have their original sex organs.

The happy couple is expecting a bouncing baby boy and ‘dad’ Esteban is five months pregnant, according to local media.

The model, who hails from the Colombian capital Bogota, shared a touching message on Instagram where she boasts a following of 122,000 fans.

Danna said: “Dreams come true. Trans-pregnant, trans-mum, trans-daddy.”

As well as sharing snaps of the ultrasound, Danna posted a pic of Esteban sporting his baby bump and smiling.

In an interview, the couple said the baby boy will be called ‘Ariel’.

Esteban added: “The baby will be raised with the gender he is born with like any other boy. Later, when he is old enough, he can be gay, heterosexual.

“Nothing will be hidden from him. If necessary, we will work with a psychologist.”

According to reports, Danna met Esteban, who is a personal trainer from Cuba, online several years ago while they were both living in New York in the US.

Danna claimed that she had to leave Colombia due to the discrimination she suffered.

Esteban said: “You do not fall in love with the physical, but with the soul.”
