This is the shocking moment a teen boy brutally beats up a girl with special needs – dragging her by her hair and kneeing her in the stomach – in a public park in the middle of the day.
The incident was filmed by a friend of the aggressive teen, both 14 years old, in the town of Kubrat in the north-eastern Bulgarian province of Razgrad when they reportedly attacked a 17-year-old girl with special needs for no apparent reason.
In the footage, the girl is seen sitting on a park bench while the chubby aggressor yanks her hair and hits her.
When she stands up to leave, the teen grabs her and starts kneeing the screaming victim in the stomach.
He continues to punch and knee the poor girl before dragging her by her hair down the path.
According to local media, the video caused outrage online and netizens reported the incident to the local authorities.
A police spokesperson said that the two boys involved are both 14 years old, while the special-needs girl is aged 17.
Dobrinka Dobreva, director of the Centre for Educational Support, told local media: “The girl’s health is good, but she has suffered mental trauma.”
Rositsa Hristova, headmaster of Hristo Botev High School, said the victim did not report the incident at the time because she was too scared.
Reports said that the police and local education authorities are still investigating the matter.
