These images show stunning Turkish influencer Esra Ersoy being arrested after losing her appeal over a 10-year jail sentence for sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy.

Esra Ersoy, 36, knocked on the door of a house, rented by the family of the teen boy, identified only by his initials as S. B., in the resort city of Bodrum, in the Turkish province of Mugla, on 22nd August 2021.

Ersoy, who boasts 408,000 influencers on Instagram, told the lad, who was alone in the house at the time, that she had escaped from her boyfriend and that if he did not let her in, he would beat them both.

Fearing what might happen, the teen let Ersoy into the house.

After a while, Ersoy reportedly took drugs and told the boy: “Do you know how many men offer money just to be with me? But I don’t want any money from you.”

She then pulled his shorts down and sexually abused the teen, according to prosecutors during the trial.

Shocked by what was happening, the teen pushed Ersoy away and said he did not want to go any further. Meanwhile, the doorbell rang and the boy’s mother came in as Ersoy left the house.

After the boy told his mother what had happened, she went to the police station and filed a complaint against the influencer.

Ersoy admitted that she had entered the house, but rejected the allegation of sexual abuse.

The final hearing was held at the Bodrum High Criminal Court on 10th March, when the defendant was jailed for 10 years and one month for child abuse and forcing her way into the home.

On 14th March, she said on Instagram that she had entered the house to use the boy’s charger for her phone.

She said she fell asleep at the house because she had been unable to sleep well for several days, and when she woke up, she noticed that her dress was torn.

She accused the teen of abusing her and claimed that he was afraid of what he had done and therefore told his mother a story.

However, an arrest warrant was issued when Ersoy’s appeal failed, and the influencer has begun her 10-year jail term.

After being arrested and taken to court to have her sentence read to her in person, she was sent to Bakirkoy Women’s Closed Prison.

After the decision, her lawyer, Merve Ucanok, said: “Esra Ersoy was sentenced to 10 years and one month in prison by the Bodrum 3rd High Criminal Court.

“We objected to the decision. Upon appeal, our file was sent to the Mugla High Criminal Court and our appeal was rejected. Therefore, the arrest process took place today.

“The decision was read to Esra in person and she was arrested today. She will be sent to Bakirkoy Women’s Closed Prison.”

Ersoy was born into a wealthy family in the south-eastern Turkish province of Mersin. After winning first place in various modelling competitions, she and her sister Ceyda tried their luck on television and acted in several films and TV series.
