This stunning 53-year-old Brazilian influencer dubbed ‘Grandma Fitness’ has flaunted her curves in a revealing red swimsuit while popping to her local supermarket in London for eggs – of which she eats up to 150 a month.
Self-confessed ‘fitness freak’ Andrea Sunshine, who boasts nearly 60,000 followers on Instagram, shared images of her wearing the skimpy getup to the supermarket because it “excites” her to look at the photos.
The grandmother of two, who has dual Dutch-Brazilian nationality, shared several snaps of her wearing a revealing red swimsuit under a long coat in the store alongside the message: “Believe it or not, it excites me to look at this photo, in a good way, without taboos and prejudices, how cool, right, to be excited about yourself. With what you see in you. And why not? Because yes! Beauty attracts as well as the erotic and sensual.
“Anyone who doesn’t agree is hypocritical or prejudiced. Our body is our temple, we have every right…I’ve chosen chose to be authentic, and you?”
Andrea, who lives in London, said she eats up to 150 eggs a month and compares a visit to the gym to a day at Disney World.
She also tucks away around 10 kilogrammes of sweet potatoes every month and spends over three hours in the gym a day – sometimes up to eight hours.
She said: “The numbers are surprising, but they are real. I train a lot every day and my diet is monitored by a nutritionist. My ideal is to always seek to improve. Some sacrifices are worth it.
“I love working out and exercising. Taking care of myself is an act of love that I learned over time and, therefore, I plan my food, take great care of what I eat and avoid fats and sweets whenever possible.”
When asked about the attention she receives from the opposite sex, Andrea said: “Young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies, so I get hit on all the time.
“There’s all kind of ages, there’s even some below 25, but most are between 30 to 35.”
She added: “It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma – I am in my best shape and infinitely healthy.”
