This gorgeous blonde champion sharpshooter has been crowned Miss Earth Crimea and she will represent the war-torn region at Miss Earth 2020 in the Philippines.

Stunning model Elizaveta Sviridenko, 20, who hails from the port city of Sevastopol, was crowned the most beautiful woman in Crimea and will represent her disputed region at Miss Earth 2020 in November 2020.

Russia formally annexed Crimea on 18th March 2014, incorporating the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol as the country’s 84th and 85th federal subjects.

Despite being controlled and governed as part of the Russian Federation, aside from the Ukrainian-controlled part of Arabat Spit, Crimea is internationally recognised as part of the Ukraine.

According to local media, it is not the first time the beautiful blonde has won a beauty pageant. Last year, Sviridenko was crowned Miss Sevastopol Beauty 2018.

The girl-next-door model is also a champion ballroom dancer and she recently came first in a shooting competition, according to reports.

Reports said that Sviridenko is a first-year student at the State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

After being crowned Miss Earth Crimea, Sviridenko gushed: “I still cannot believe this has happened to me!”

In total, 600 models submitted their application for the contest with 15 going on to the final.

Daria Obukhova from Simferopol was the runner-up while Elena Ryzhova from the Black Sea finished third, according to local media.
