These snaps show the incredible, Barbie-themed birthday party boxing legend Canelo Alvarez threw for his young daughter.

Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, 32, and wife Fernanda Gomez threw the elaborate bash to celebrate their daughter Maria Fernanda’s fifth birthday.

Photos show how the couple dressed up as Ken and Barbie as they posed with their daughter, nicknamed Mafer, for a snap inside a huge Barbie box.

A clip shows the immense, pink-coloured events space the bash was held in, with the Mexican boxer, his wife, and their daughter pulling up in a pink stretch limousine.

Footage shows how the party space – named Barbie’s Dreamhouse – boasts its own life-size toy supermarket and kitchen inside.

Little Mafer looked delighted as she sang with her mum and others inside the limo and was then astonished as she strolled into the pink mansion for the first time.

She felt every bit the celebrity as she walked down the pink carpet holding hands with her mum and dad as photographers snapped them and guests cheered.

And lucky Mafer got to finish the night with a slice of the huge, pink birthday cake prepared especially for her on her special day.

Canelo Alvarez is widely regarded as one of the most formidable boxers of his generation.

He has racked up 58 wins, 39 of them by knock-out – including one against Britain’s Amir Khan – from 62 fights over the course of his professional career.
