A US Coast Guard officer has been arrested for biting and licking his pre-teenage stepdaughter and her friends during a sleepover while her mum was away.

Accused Craig Alan Hucker, 29, is said to have joined in the girls’ pyjama party games, at one point biting a girl’s thigh so hard he left teeth marks.

Another is said to have complained of being licked and they told police he said: “Bad things can happen to girls when they wear such revealing clothing.”

Police in Key West, Florida, say the girls grew increasingly uncomfortable as Hucker tried to talk to them about “furries” and “pet play”.

The truth about the disturbing sleepover emerged the following day when one girl showed her mum a bite mark just below her right buttock.

She complained to police who arrested Hucker over the 21st January party.

Now the Petty Officer Third Class – who works as an electrician aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Thetis – has been charged with child abuse and battery.

Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), together with a police detective, interviewed his stepdaughter and her two friends.

The girls, whose names and ages were not revealed, said they had been “play wrestling” with each other, which involved “play hitting” and “play biting”.

An affidavit says they “stated that Craig joined in on the wrestling match and bit…and pointed to the back of her right thigh, just below her buttock.”

All three girls had at least one visible bite mark, according to police.

One girl said the talk made them uncomfortable when they tried to change the subject to something like ice cream, he had kept referring it back to furries.

The investigation also revealed that his stepdaughter had complained about being touched inappropriately when she was younger.
