This is the moment a fan runs on stage and yanks Russian singer MakSim to the floor before being hauled away by a security guard.

The incident was filmed during the ‘Night of Music’ festival in the city of Yekaterinburg in the Russian region of Sverdlovsk Oblast on 24th June.

MakSim, 39, real name Marina Sergeyevna Maximova, was performing her hit ‘My Paradise’ when the fan broke through the security team and ran onto the stage to apparently hug the Russian star.

In the footage, the grinning fan is seen extending her arms as she runs up to the shocked singer, who recoils in fear.

As a security guard grabs the female fan’s waist, she yanks MakSim’s arm and the singer falls to the floor while still crooning into the mic.

MakSim stops singing as the security guard drags the fan off stage and, apparently shaken, holds her hand to her mouth before finishing the song.

An eyewitness said: “A woman suddenly ran onto the stage and threw herself at the singer to hug her. She was immediately grabbed by a security guard and taken off stage, but the fan yanked MakSim and she fell over.”

Fortunately, the singer was unharmed in the incident and finished the concert.

According to reports, the fan, name not disclosed, later apologised to the singer.

During a concert in her home city of Kazan in June 2021, MakSim fell ill with symptoms of COVID-19 and was later hospitalised as her condition worsened. She was moved to an intensive care unit and was placed in an artificial coma from 19th June to 3rd August, according to local media.
