This is the moment a raging bull suddenly breaks through a roadside security fence and charges right at a person filming it at a running of the bulls event in Spain before reportedly injuring two people.

According to reports, two women were injured in the incident in the municipality of Iscar in the province of Valladolid located in the central-northern Spanish region of Castile and Leon.

The stocky animal broke through the fence during a traditional running of the bulls event to honour San Miguel (Saint Michael).

In the footage, the bull is seen lingering on the spot as crowds of people line either side of the road.

The animal suddenly charges at the security fence and breaks through, sending people running.

Another clip shows the close-up moment the bull charges at the fence.

According to local media, the bull trampled on several people who were unable to get out of the way in time.

A 59-year-old woman with the initials P.V.S. was reportedly struck on the head and suffered significant blood loss. She was treated by medics on the scene before being transferred to hospital.

Another unnamed woman, the owner of a nursery school, was also injured and hospitalised, although no further details were given.

There have been no further updates on their condition.

Meanwhile, the bull was successfully captured shortly after the incident.
