This pretty woman has died just hours after she underwent a boob job, a bum lift and a liposuction all at the same time at a clinic where medics were reportedly “unqualified”.

The woman apparently travelled from the city of Copacabana to undergo the operations at a clinic in Medellin, both in the Antioquia Department in the north of Colombia.

Reports said that she underwent a bum lift, a liposculpture and breast implants.

According to local media, Lady Johana Herrera, 34, was later transferred to the emergency ward in the Hospital Universitario San Vicente de Paul with “massive bleeding” where doctors could not save her life.

Doctor and former Medellin councilman Bernardo Guerra reported the woman’s death.

Guerra said to local media: “ She could not get over the massive bleeding, she arrived at the emergency room in shock.”

Guerra also wrote in Twitter: “Herrera is the fifth woman that has died in the country in 40 days in the hands of unqualified doctors.”

He later went on to blame “passive local authorities” for the incident.

Reports said that the clinic Bella Vie released a public statement saying there were no complications over the medical procedures and that the woman did not contact them after she left the clinic with her husband.

The clinic Bella Vie reportedly said that they were only informed about the decease 48 hours after the operations.

The investigation is ongoing.
