A pervert massage therapist who pretended to be gay so he could prey on female clients is facing sex abuse charges in Brazil.
Accused Matheus Calainho Cyranka, 28, is said to have abused two clients during sessions in the Ipanema neighbourhood, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 17th February.
His victim turned detective when they were horrified by Cryanka’s treatment methods.
After reportedly asking them to strip to bikinis, he touched them intimately while rubbing his manhood over one of them.
To their astonishment, they found he had operated an almost identical scam under a different name in Barra da Tijuca two years earlier, according to local media.
Cyranka had reportedly committed the same crime when he abused two women in his home in the suburb of Barra da Tijuca two years ago in 2021.
Officials had banned him from accessing or creating social media profiles but he simply kept changing his site’s name.
Local media claim that Cyranka picked online influencers as victims.
He would contact them on social media platforms and offer them free massages in return for advertising his services.
Ipanema Police Chief Ricardo Barboza said: “He said he was homosexual to gain the trust of the victims, and they said that it took them a while to become suspicious because of that.
“We believe that, in addition to the victims who have already reported it, other women will go to the police.”
He was arrested on Thursday, 23rd February.
Cyranka confessed that he had never been trained as a massage therapist but argued that he had learnt some techniques by watching videos online.
He reportedly faces up to six years in prison if found guilty.
