This is the moment a woman is filmed performing oral sex on a man in a hotel above a restaurant in Turkey sparking a legal case by the eatery after the clip was shared online.

The alleged sex act was filmed in Turkey’s largest city of Istanbul and was posted on Twitter where it has been viewed 217,000 times.

In the video, a woman in black is seen unzipping a man’s trousers and dropping to her knees in full view of the outside street.

Another female is in the hotel room with them as the woman in black appears to begin performing oral sex.

The incident took place above a Mado restaurant, a Turkish chain offering traditional cuisine and puddings, and local media initially reported that it happened on the venue’s upper floor terrace.

However, it was confirmed that the couple was in a hotel room situated above the Mado restaurant.

A spokesperson for the chain said: “There is currently an inappropriate video circulating on social media which has been linked to our brand and could affect our reputation.

“We would like to make it clear that the people in the video have no connection to Mado and the footage is not filmed on the company’s premises.

“The only connection to our brand, is that a restaurant is located in the same building as where the indecent act was filmed.

“We have started legal proceedings regarding the matter.”

It is currently unclear who the chain is taking legal action against.

It is also unknown if the local authorities are investigating the couple involved.
