A bizarre influencer dubbed ‘Russki Popeye’ for his swollen biceps has shown off his eyebrow-raising new plastic surgery that makes him look like an alien.

Top-heavy Kirill Tereshin recently took to Instagram to show off his new face to his 170,000 followers.

Observers noted how Kirill, 25, had apparently got lip fillers, as well as new cheeks and a new chin.

Aptly, he captioned one of his snaps “Balinese alien”.

In another, he can be seen showing off his bulging biceps while performing the so-called ‘Slav squat’ from delinquent subculture in former Soviet Republics.

In a video showing him with a huge tattoo across his chest, Kirill can be heard apparently saying “Now I live in Bali, Indonesia” in a heavy Russian accent.

Then he mumbles “bazooka hands”, “bodybuilding” and “muscle” as he shows off his huge arms.

He continues to make strange noises for the camera before getting gingerly into a swimming pool and splashing around.

Famously, Kirill once almost died after injecting Vaseline into his biceps to make them larger.

In Bali, he is apparently living in the luxury villa of his pal Andrei, a YouTuber with 3.66 million subscribers.

The two are surrounded by Russian models and a man who calls himself an “erotic content consultant” on Instagram.

Some netizens have described the home as an “OnlyFans farm”.
