OVER KILL: Police Shoot Armed Man More Than A Dozen Times

This is the moment a police officer shoots dead an armed man during a confrontation in Nashville in the US.

Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said that they got a call in the early evening on 29th January about an armed man in North Nashville and sent officers to investigate.

The first officer on the scene identified a man carrying a gun and shouting at the 900 block of Buchanan Street, an area that has a lot of businesses and restaurants, some of which were open, heightening the risk that an innocent member of the public could come to harm.

The police spokesperson Don Aaron said North Precinct Officer Dylan Ramos arrived on the scene first and spotted the man who was ordered to drop the gun.

Ramos can be seen climbing out of the patrol car and saying: “Sir, sir.”

He is pointing his gun at the man and demanding to know what he is holding, and he then says: “Do not, do not touch that. Drop the gun. Drop the gun.”
