This is the moment a motorist who spots a suspected drink-driving mum swerving with two kids in the car pulls her over and yanks the woman from behind the wheel.

According to local media, a 52-year-old spotted the mother’s erratic driving and stopped at her at a busy intersection in the city of Lukow in the eastern Polish region of Lublin Voivodeship.

In the video footage released by the local police, an Audi is seen swerving all over the road before coming to a stop at an intersection.

The 52-year-old driver of a green car then jumps out and approaches the Audi.

Three people get out of the car and cross the road as the man goes to take the keys from the ignition.

The man prevented the 36-year-old woman from driving her two children any further and called the cops who breathalysed the mum and confirmed that she was driving over the limit, according to reports.

According to reports, the drink-driver’s licence has been confiscated as the judicial process gets underway. Additionally, the irresponsible mum will be referred to the Juvenile and Family Court.

Meanwhile, the police praised the 52-year-old man for intervening when he spotted the car swerving all over the road.

The investigation is ongoing.
