This is the moment a woman knocks out a rival with one punch during an argument outside a rowdy Mexican bar.
The fight was filmed outside the El Abejal bar on Paseo Lazaro Cardenas, an area reportedly known for street brawls, in the city of Uruapan located in the Mexican state of Michoacan.
It is unclear when the incident took place and the reason for the fight, however the video started circulating on social media on 12th September with local media running the story this week.
Mexican netizens said the fight took place outside the El Abejal bar in an area of the city known for street violence.
The video shows two women, in an apparently drunken state, arguing in the street outside the bar.
The woman in black approaches the other who in turn throws a right hook, apparently landing on her rival’s chin.
The woman in black falls to the ground and remains motionless, apparently knocked out, while her rival shouts and points at her.
A group of people are seen nearby, however, none of them intervene in the fight.
Meanwhile, another fight apparently takes place further along the street when a man in black is seen being punched and lying motionless on the ground.
It is unclear whether the two fights were related.
The aggressors in both incidents left the scene before anyone could stop them.
Reports said both women were not wearing face masks despite the city imposing strict COVID-19 restrictions amid a surge in cases.
Eyewitnesses said the unconscious woman was taken from the scene in an ambulance by paramedics.
According to reports, a rumour spread on social media that she died of a severe head injury, but this has not been confirmed by any official sources.
The local police have not commented on the investigation so far.
