Moment Large Camel Is Pulled Out Of Narrow Well Using Crane

This is the moment a large camel is pulled out of a narrow well using a crane.

The incident reportedly took place near the village of Ghasem Abad Tehranchi, near the Iranian capital Tehran, at around noon on Sunday, 9th January.

The camel, a large female, had reportedly fallen into the well, which was nine metres (30 feet) deep and located on privately owned land, and firefighters were dispatched along with a crane to rescue it.

The footage shows the large camel attached to a crane that slowly lifts it out of the hole that it had fallen into.

The rescuers were reportedly assisted by camel riders, whom the camel was handed over to after it was rescued.

It is currently unclear if the camel, which can be heard moaning inside the narrow well before it was rescued, required any medical treatment or if it was injured, but it reportedly calmed down as soon as it was rescued.
