Moment Bus Passenger Stabs Random OAP In Neck In Completely Unprovoked Attack

This is the shocking moment a passenger on a bus who is high on drugs stabs an OAP in the neck in a completely unprovoked attack.

The 39-year-old man whose name was not reported stabbed the 71-year-old passenger on a bus in Dzerzhinsky District in the Russian city of Novosibirsk at the weekend.

In the footage of the attack recorded on the bus’ security camera, the man is seen getting up from his seat, pulling out a knife and stabbing an OAP sitting with his back to him in the neck.

He carried out the act in view of children, and an elderly woman can also be seen sitting across from the knifeman apparently begging him not to hurt her as well.

According to news site Gazeta, when the conductor had asked the man to pay, he had replied: “I will not touch you.”

The conductor said she did not pay attention to the strange reply at the time “because every day she sees different passengers who do not always behave adequately”.

The stabbed victim was taken to a nearby hospital. At the time of reporting, no update on his condition had been given.

According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the attacker was high on drugs at the time of the incident.

After he was arrested, it was found that he had previously been convicted of robbery and illegal possession and sale of drugs.

He currently stands accused of “hooliganism committed with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons”, which could earn him a prison sentence of up to 10 years.

The authorities stated: “The issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved, and an investigation is underway.”
