This is the shocking moment a passenger on a bus who is high on drugs stabs an OAP in the neck in a completely unprovoked attack.

The 39-year-old man whose name was not reported stabbed the 71-year-old passenger on a bus in Dzerzhinsky District in the Russian city of Novosibirsk at the weekend.

In the footage of the attack recorded on the bus’ security camera, the man is seen getting up from his seat, pulling out a knife and stabbing an OAP sitting with his back to him in the neck.

He carried out the act in view of children, and an elderly woman can also be seen sitting across from the knifeman apparently begging him not to hurt her as well.

According to news site Gazeta, when the conductor had asked the man to pay, he had replied: “I will not touch you.”

The conductor said she did not pay attention to the strange reply at the time “because every day she sees different passengers who do not always behave adequately”.
