Diego Maradona has been filmed cutting his players’ hair and he claims one of the squad has the “hair of a pig”.

The Argentine icon has returned to Mexico where he coaches second-flight side Dorados de Sinaloa after recovering from a operation in his native Buenos Aires.

The former Barcelona man has now been filmed cutting his players hair by club captain Gaspar Servio.

In the video, Maradona can be seen with a pair of clippers in his hands as he cuts one of his player’s hair.

Goalkeeper Servio asks if the hair is tough, and Maradona replies: “He has the hair of a pig.”

Maradona’s side currently sit bottom of the Ascenso MX having lost their opening two matches of the season.

The 58-year-old guided his team to the playoff final last year but they were beaten in extra time in the second leg by Atletico San Luis.

He underwent surgery this month to stop internal bleeding caused by a hernia. The 58-year-old’s lawyer said the procedure went “perfectly”.
