Jilted Man Tells Cops He Raped, Taped Up And Strangled His Beautiful Girlfriend Because She Wanted To Leave Him

A man has told cops he raped this beautiful Tunisian woman before duct-taping her mouth, hands and feet and strangling her to death with his bare hands in a hotel room in Istanbul.

The suspect, named only as Mohammad O.E.A., admitted to killing Mariyam Aloui Ep Guitni, 31, in a hotel room in the district of Sisli in the Turkish city of Istanbul on 28th December.

The suspect was described in local media as a foreign national living in Turkey, and he had been in a relationship with the woman for a few months after having met her on the Internet.

On the night of the murder, the woman allegedly told the suspect she did not want to continue the relationship, which reportedly made him fly into a jealous rage.

The suspect believed she was cheating on him, and he allegedly raped her before duct-taping her mouth, hands and feet and strangling her to death with his bare hands.

He then took her mobile phone to check her messages, but he was unable to unlock it, so he called her friends to see if they knew her password, inadvertently incriminating himself.

CCTV footage obtained by the police showed the victim arriving at the hotel a few hours after the suspect, who was later seen leaving alone.

The police discovered he had used a fake ID at the hotel, which said he was born in 2004. However, it later transpired that he was actually born in 1994, making him 27 and not 17.

Marks on the suspect’s neck were examined, and it was determined they were made by the victim, who is believed to have caused them while trying to resist being attacked.
