This is the dramatic moment Texas police arrest a human smuggler and the five illegal migrants who tried to slip out and flee following a high-speed chase.

The incident reportedly occurred on US-90 in Kinney County, in the US State of Texas on 14th March.

The driver first allowed five illegal immigrants to exit the vehicle before continuing to evade DPS Troopers.

But despite escaping the vehicle and fleeing into the brush, the driver was still apprehended.

Officers also managed to catch up with the five runners.

The driver faces charges of evading arrest and smuggling of persons, while the five illegal immigrants have been referred to Border Patrol for further processing.
