This is the Maradona tattoo a Gimnasia fan has tattoed on his leg which netizens have mocked for looking nothing like the footballing icon – and Maradona has now quit the club.
A Gimnasia Esgrima fan who has not been identified, tattooed the face of Argentine legend Diego Maradona, 59, on his right leg but the legend has now quit s manager of the top-flight club.
The image shows the tattoo of Maradona smiling wearing a cap with the Gimnasia logo on it and the number ‘10’ next to it.
“I believe in God” is written under Maradona’s face is.
Despite the obvious hints connecting the tattoo to the football legend, netizens have taken to social media to mock the tattoo and compare it to Argentine actor Diego Perez.

Maradona took over Gimnasia with the side bottom of the league and won three of his eight games to move up to 22nd place before quitting yesterday.
