Garage Worker Tries To Stop Hummer That Suddenly Jolts Forwards And Pins Him Against Parked Car

This footage shows a garage worker jumping in front of a Hummer after it suddenly jolts forwards in a desperate bid to stop it but the large American vehicle pins him against another car as his colleagues panic and rush to his rescue.

The incident took place in the city of Yibin on 22nd September, which is located in south-western China’s Sichuan Province, and it was shared online by netizens.

The footage begins with a stationary yellow Hummer and the garage worker seemingly working on it.

But then the vehicle jolts forwards and the worker jumps in front of it and tries to hold it back with his bare hands.

However, he is no match for the oversized vehicle, which pins him against another car. He cries out and his colleagues appear to panic as they rush to his rescue.

According to local media, the unnamed worker was uninjured in the incident after his colleagues successfully managed to free him from between the Hummer and the other vehicle.

Hummers are the civilian version of the Humvee, first sold to the general public in 1992 when AM General decided to make the military vehicles available to people outside of the US military.
