The woman, who has not been named, appears to be struggling to walk straight and then falls to the ground, dragging the pram down with her.

The baby inside the pram is sent falling to the ground too and can be heard crying.

Local media report the onlooker had been dialling the emergency services to report the drunk grandmother when she started trying to walk away from him so he started recording her.

He reportedly worked with another man to lift the pram back up and call the mother of the little girl.

The man, who has not been named, told reporters: “The woman rushed outside and started lecturing her mother. Based on their conversation I got an idea that the OAP and the baby girl had been visiting someone and the woman returned home in this condition.”

Svetlana Postavniyacha from the local police said: “We are investigating and checking the details of this incident, including the conditions this family lives in.”

Postavniyacha added that the cops are currently working with the family’s neighbours and are trying to find out if the baby is being raised in appropriate conditions.

She added: “The girl has been checked and she did not suffer any physical harm.”

Reports state this is the first time the family have been reported to the authorities.

The investigation is ongoing.
