This is the moment a woman walking a dog turns and runs for her life as a wall suddenly collapses in front of her and buries a parked car in rubble.
The freak accident happened in the city of Ganzhou in China’s eastern Jiangxi Province on the morning of 10th July.
CCTV cameras show the dog owner approaching the row of cars parked next to the retaining wall when small rocks suddenly begin falling.

A second later, the entire concrete wall collapses, sending the terrified woman turning on her heels and running the other way.
The video shows a black saloon car completely buried under earth and rubble, while a pickup truck and people carrier ahead and behind it are also crushed or pushed aside.
Images taken in the aftermath of the accident show the saloon car having disappeared under the pile, while the utility car is also badly damaged.
Mr Lan, the owner of the black saloon car, had parked his vehicle next to the tall retaining wall belonging to the Jiacheng Gardens Residential District.
He revealed he was inside the vehicle just two minutes before the accident happened.
He said: “I stepped out for two minutes and as soon as I turned around my car was buried.
“My legs are shaking! It happened in a matter of minutes.”
Officials now investigating the case say they suspect the accident was caused by a leaking drain pipe.
The leak caused water to saturate the soil, which was eventually washed away, leaving a 6-foot-wide cavity behind the retaining wall.
As the soil fell to fill the gap, the force cracked the concrete, causing the collapse.
They have committed to a full inspection and repair of the residential area’s drain pipes.
It is unclear, however, whether and by whom the owners of the three affected vehicles will be compensated.
