This is the moment a delivery man throws a box with a new TV over the house gate.
Marketing coordinator Raphael Baez, 43, had bought the 24-inch TV to place it in his children’s room and was shocked by how it was transported into his home in Bento Ribeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 8th March.
The footage shows the delivery man throwing the box with the fragile device over the house gate, as it tumbles into the yard.
Raphael told local media that he had purchased the product from the Loggi company for BRL 699 (GBP 110), and paid an additional BRL 31 (GBP 5) for shipping.
He said the family were not at home during the incident and it was his wife, Glaucia Baez and one of their children who were shocked to find the box with the TV on the floor.
Glaucia said when she saw the device: “Ah, the guy didn’t do that, right? Did he break the TV?
“Man, I can’t believe it. Guys, this is surreal!”
Raphael said that several hours before the launch, the delivery man contacted them to say that he was at the address to make the delivery.

Raphael said that he was not at home but told the man that he had authorised a neighbour to receive the product.
But he said that the delivery man did not contact the neighbour at all.
Raphael said: “When I opened [the box], the TV was initially perfect, like a miracle.
“But, when I turn it on, from time to time, it turns off by itself.
“And I don’t know if it’s because of the impact or if it already It came with a factory defect.
“I believe it is due to the impact.”
After the incident, Raphael contacted the company that sold the TV. And he told that a new TV would be delivered to him.
The delivery is expected to happen today (15th March).
