A bored amused passengers waiting for their delayed flights by dancing on along an airport skywalk.

Many plane passengers who were stuck due to the bad weather enjoyed the performance by the dancing couple at the airport in Palma de Majorca on the island of Majorca in Spain.

The 24-year-old female dancer, Corinne Hardegger from Chur in the easternmost Swiss canton of Grisons, and her colleague Schneider Raffael, put on their dancing shoes and started dancing on the skywalk. Their colleague Michelle Danuser filmed them.

Corinne said: “The boredom gave me and my colleague the idea to do a little dance performance on the skywalk at the gate.”

According to her, other passengers who saw them dancing were delighted.

She said: “They smiled, pointed at us and took out their mobile phones. And we had a lot of fun. Time passed pretty quickly.”

Corinne, a dancer for six years now, had just finished a series of dance workshops for Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Cha-Cha-Cha and Zumba along with 200 other people from Switzerland.

She explained: “That’s why we were still in the mood for dancing at the airport.”

Once they returned home to Switzerland, they posted the video on social media in order to share it with the rest of their dancing buddies.

The positive feedback has prompted the trio to create a social media page called “Dance. Everywhere.”

Corrine wrote: “We’ll gladly stay in touch with you there and would like to share with you our passion, dancing.”
