Boring Prince Harry Helps Me Fight Off Panic Attacks, Says Influencer

An influencer prone to panic attacks has told how she keeps them at bay by thinking of “boring” Prince Harry to calm herself down.

German model Sara Kulka, 33, revealed her Keep Calm And Harry On trick when was discussing one anxiety attack on a stress-filled school run.

Sara says she often gets severely stressed when she is driving to pick up or drop off her two daughters Matilda, ten, and seven-year-old Annabell.

But instead of letting it get a grip on her she instantly phones a pal who knows exactly how to calm her down.

On one school run in Leipzig Sara told how she felt her anxiety levels rising when she got caught on a traffic gridlock on her way to collect her daughters.

She said: “Lorry drivers must have blocked the road.

“I was stuck in a traffic jam and then I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to pick up the girls.”

So she called her friend who immediately began boring her with royal gossip until the crisis had passed.

Sara, who has nearly 250,000 Instagram followers, explained. “Either we analyse it together or she tells me something about Taylor Swift or Prince Harry.

“These are such distracting, boring topics for me.”

Even just mentioning Harry is apparently been enough to smother the most spectacular panic attack.

Sara said: “My head was going completely crazy because it had been going crazy the previous days and I only had three hours of sleep that night.”

Prince Harry’s misery memoir ‘Spare’ and his seemingly endless moaning about his plight has exhausted public sympathy for the breakaway royal.

Ironically Harry has gone through years of different therapies and meditation but still seems prone to anxiety.

The prince has told how he saw his first counsellor in 2014. Because he felt “on the verge of punching someone” and suffered anxiety attacks over his royal engagements.
