Astonishing Clips Amaze Netizens

A visual arts whizz has stunned social media users by crafting picture-perfect videos of Batman’s iconic Tumbler Batmobile spinning in the middle of the road and filling up at a petrol station.

Netizens quickly grew suspicious as the vehicle in the TikTok clip ‘Batman chose Shell today’ appeared too good to be true.

Their Malaysian creator, a Batman and visual effects enthusiast only identified as Dinesh, eventually revealed that he crafted the footage from scratch.

It is understood that no such vehicle was present at any time.

The Batman nut reportedly took up graphic design only as a hobby when he got bored during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dinesh, from Kulai, a town in the district of the same name in Malaysia, said it took him between five and nine days to create the Batmobile clips that quickly went viral.

He explained: “It depends on the complexity. The Batmobile at the gas station took about five days: To plan and take the video, then bring it back to 3D software and make the 3D model and lighting.”

The 29-year-old talent, whose TikTok videos have garnered more than 125,000 likes, told local media on 29th November he was hoping the hype would help him win a job as a graphic designer.

The Tumbler has earned cult status among Batman fanatics since appearing in the 2005 blockbuster Batman Begins and its commercially and critically acclaimed successor The Dark Knight from 2008.

Replica Tumblers are widely considered a status symbol.

In the films, the futuristic six-wheel motor featured a rocket launcher as well as two machine guns. Batman geeks speculate that the Tumbler reached a top speed of 160 mph (257 kph).

Netizens have been astonished by Dinesh’s clips.

‘Hanbbq’ asked: “Is it real?”

‘Adibaharin’ added: “Batman usually drives around at night, bro. But it’s okay.”

‘TehOBeng’ claimed: “I’ve seen a lot of editing.”

And ‘NasirSalamOfficial’ joked: “Batman uses a hybrid. The sound is quiet.”
