Atalanta and Argentina goalkeeper Juan Musso has raised eyebrows after posting a snap of the romantic scene his girlfriend prepared for him on social media without realising he appeared naked in the mirror.

Musso, 27, the ex-goalie for Udinese who now plies his trade at Atalanta in Serie A in Italy, hit the headlines when netizens pointed out the mishap and remarked on the size of his manhood.

The goalkeeper, who has just returned to the Italian city of Bergamo, where Atalanta is based, from international duty with Argentina, arrived home and found the living room adorned with red heart-shaped balloons that said ‘I love you’ by his stunning WAG Anna Ariaudo.

Musso, who was an unused squad player in Argentina’s two world cup qualifiers against Chile and Colombia, decided to immortalise the tender scene and share it with his Instagram followers, adding for his partner “you are the best”.

However, in the mirror to the left of the room, the hunky footballer was pictured naked while taking the snap.

Many of his near-300,000 followers noticed the mishap and implied he was very well-endowed.

Realising the mistake, Musso removed the photo and posted a similar shot, this time with him fully clothed in the reflection, and included the caption “the correct photo” alongside two laughing emojis.

He also apologised to his partner, whom he has been in a relationship with for several years, on Instagram Stories over any embarrassment caused.

The beefy keeper is expected to play against Cagliari at 11.30am on Sunday in his team’s next league fixture.
