This is the moment an angry dad catches his two naughty sons red-handed as they demolish the tiled floor in their home.

The incident took place in an unspecified location in the south west of the Chinese province of Guizhou on Sunday, 31st October.

The video of the troublesome twosome, aged five and two years old, subsequently went viral on Chinese social media.

Remarkably, the boys’ dad Mr Zhang said it was not the most mischievous thing the pair had done. However, he did not specify the bigger headaches the two had previously given him.

In the footage of the incident, the boys are seen using broken floor tile fragments to smash up the remaining floor tiles while their father is heard shouting in disbelief behind the camera.

The dad reportedly only noticed that his sons were up to no good when he heard the sound of banging coming from the room.

He then reportedly walked in on the pair in the act, causing his stress levels to go through the roof.

According to local media reports, the mischievous pair destroyed an area of floor measuring an astonishing 40 square metres (431 sq ft).

The family has since said it will re-lay the floor with wooden floorboards.

Some netizens suggested that the family had been planning to re-lay the floor anyway and just got the kids to help take up the old floor, suggesting that the video was a setup.

However, the dad denied this, and it is not clear if his kids are still on the naughty step.
