Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez has opened up about her new life in Saudi Arabia and says that she feels safe living in the Middle Eastern kingdom.
The 29-year-old Argentine-Spanish model and Netflix star appears to have transitioned well to living in Saudi Arabia, 11 weeks after Al-Nassr Football Club in Riyadh welcomed her partner.
Georgina is reportedly enjoying her new life in the Kingdom, with its beautiful sand dunes, learning about Arabian hospitality and Middle Eastern culture, according to local media.
She also reportedly attends events and awards shows and rubs shoulders with the country’s elites.
Georgina reportedly said: “I feel very safe in this country and appreciate its family values.”
And speaking about visiting Saudi Arabia’s deserts, she said: “I felt very happy to be able to connect with this heaven on Earth. The power and magic that is in the Saudi desert are incredible.”
Georgina, who has over 47.5 million followers on Instagram, said that she is looking forward to spending Ramadan in the country, saying: “It feels very special to me, to be able to experience Ramadan in its place of origin.”
The young woman, who has two children with Ronaldo, 38, added: “I was blessed to collaborate with the finest Saudi perfume brand in the Middle East and the world soon, Laverne.”
The influencer is set to appear in a second season of her Netflix series ‘I Am Georgina’, where fans get to see her day-to-day life.
The series also explores her relationship with Ronaldo, her role as a mother, as well as some of the more glamorous aspects of her life.
Georgina has been in a relationship with Ronaldo since 2016, when she met him at a Gucci store in Madrid, where she was working as a sales assistant.
