Dad Arrested For Raping Sons Teen Girlfriend Who Left Note In Lipstick Accusing Him Of Her Death From Beyond Grave

An 18-year-old girl who fell to her death from a building left a note written in lipstick that she hid in her flat accusing her boyfriend’s dad of having raped her and blaming him for her death.

Her alleged abuser has since been arrested after initially being apprehended and released because of a lack of evidence. He is now set to face a judge on 17th March to answer charges of wilful killing, blackmail and simple injury.

The young woman, Aleyna Aggul, allegedly wrote the note in lipstick and left it on a shoe rack at the crime scene. The note reportedly read: “Gokhan Argin is responsible for my death, Gokhan Argin is a rapist.”

And in a notebook found at Aleyna’s house, a page apparently addressed to the suspect reportedly read: “You are a neurotic person who does not know what talking is, what humanity is.”

The 18-year-old school leaver, who lived in the neighbourhood of 14 Kasim in the eastern Turkish city of Igdir, the capital of Igdir Province in the Eastern Anatolia Region, was found dead on the ground in front of the building where she lived on 30th September.

The emergency services arrived on the scene and could only declare the teen dead.

The Igdir Police Department launched an investigation into the incident after discovering the message.

Aleyna had reportedly been in a long-term relationship with Gokhan’s son, 18-year-old Gokturk Argin.

Prosecutors believe the 41-year-old father, who owns a shipping company, is married and has two children, allegedly saw nude photos of Aleyna while checking his son’s mobile phone.

He called the teen to his office, where he allegedly blackmailed her with the photographs and forced her to have sex. The teen reportedly fell into depression as a result.

The father and son were arrested as part of the investigation launched in the wake of the teen’s death.

After giving their statements, the two were provisionally released with conditions, such as not being allowed to leave the province, with the reason for the release reportedly due to a lack of evidence at the time.

The public prosecutor appealed against the decision to release the suspects, but the appeal was initially rejected.

After investigators analysed the suspects’ and victim’s social media accounts and mobile phones, the presiding judge instructed the police to rearrest the father.

He is now in pre-trial custody and is set to appear in court on charges of wilful killing, blackmail and simple injury on 17th March. The prosecutor alleges: “The suspect forced the victim to commit suicide by dominating her.”

Aleyna’s father, Kemal Aggul, who does not believe that his daughter killed herself, was quoted as saying: “It was not a suicide, they plotted against my daughter. There were no broken bones in my daughter’s body, just a blow to the back of her head.

“They killed my daughter and left her there. They threw her from the top floor of the building where her uncle lived and made it look like suicide.”

Aleyna’s body was buried in the Igdir Asri Cemetery. The case is ongoing.
