This is the moment a man with one leg hangs from a second-floor balcony before losing his grip and plummeting to the ground in a reportedly drunken stunt gone wrong.

The incident took place in the southern Russian city of Irkutsk in Irkutsk Oblast when the man, who was reportedly drunk, began climbing down to the street from his fourth-floor flat even though he only has one leg.

In the video, the man, who has not been named can be seen hanging from the outside of a second-floor balcony as he tries to navigate his way down.

Onlookers film him from the ground and tell him to hang on to the balcony tightly. However, he then begins hanging from the side of the balcony before he loses his grip and drops to the ground with a horrifying thud.

A woman can be heard screaming as the man lies motionlessly on the ground.

Reports state the man, labelled ‘Spiderman’ in reports, was taken to hospital but there have been no updates on his condition.

It is unclear why the man decided to climb down from the fourth-floor flat.

A netizen named ‘Kostyanych Chmyrdeai’ said: “This is like darkest Mordor: all the witnesses together with that disabled man are drunk. Instead of calling the emergency services or trying to help they swear and slam the man for hanging off the balcony.”
