This toned actress has showered her millions of online followers with sexy snaps and nutritional advice on achieving the perfect six pack.

Mexican actress Barbara de Regil, 32, regularly shows off her stunning physique on Instagram where she commands an army of 2.7 million followers.

Local media said that the ‘Rosario Tijeras’ soap star has “the best abs in Mexico” after impressing her online fan base with workout videos and information on maintaining a balanced diet to achieve the best results.

The beautiful actress, who studied psychology at university, said that her chiselled body is achieved through many hours in the gym alongside a nutritional diet.

Barbara once said in an interview that she only breaks her healthy regime for two foods that she simply cannot resist, pizza and ice cream.

The stunning brunette, who married Fernando Schoenwald in 2017, has a 14-year-old daughter from a previous relationship when she was just 16.

Remembering the moment she became a young single mum, Barbara wrote on social media: “I was 16 years old and you made me the happiest mother and woman on the planet.

“Now you are my companion and I love you, respect you, understand you and I will take care of you every day, forever.”
