A waiter has impressed with his incredible balancing skills after managing to keep a plate of food in his hands without spilling any after slipping and falling on the floor.

The video was recorded on the CCTV cameras of the restaurant in the city of Yantai, in the Chinese Shandong Province.

In the footage, the man can be seen carrying a dish with a bowl full of food on top of it.

As he walks down the hall, he suddenly slips and falls to the ground with the dish in his hands.

But he somehow manages to land in a way that does not jar the plate and ends up lying on the floor while still balancing the dish in his hands.

Astonishingly, the food on the plate just moves a bit during the fall, but in the end, remains untouched.

The man then tries to stand up, smiling at a woman who came to check what had happened.

Local media praised the waiter’s acrobatic skills by quoting an unnamed netizen as saying: “This is what professionalism looks like!

“The fall hurts a lot, but when he found that the food did not spill, he smiled.

“Life is not easy, but it is beautiful.”
