The footage shows several Russian military positions in a forest being hit by Ukrainian ordnance.

The images were obtained from the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On Friday, 9th February, along with a statement saying: “Fireworks from the fire support company of the 63rd Brigade.”

Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February 2022 in what the Kremlin is still calling a “special military operation.” Today marks the 716th day of the full-scale war.

Russia had lost approximately 393,290 personnel, 6,385 tanks, 11,921 armoured combat vehicles, 9,435 artillery units, 981 multiple launch rocket systems. 666 air defence systems, 332 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 7,209 drones, 1,881 cruise missiles, 24 warships, 1 submarine, 12,551 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,509 units of special equipment.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Ukraine’s military commander-in-chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, after asking for his resignation over a week ago. Citing the need for “renewal” in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Zaluzhnyi’s removal has sparked discussions in Ukraine and internationally.
