Ukrainian Air Defence War Machine Shoots Russian Drone Out Of Sky

These images show a Ukrainian air defence system manoeuvring into position and shooting a Russian drone out of the sky.

The footage shows the Ukrainian air defence forces firing its ordnance into the sky and taking down the Russian drone which can be seen exploding in the air as it is hit.

The images obtained from the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sunday, 24th March, along with a statement saying: “Combat work of the Stormer crew of the 1129th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the Bila Tserkva Air Defence Regiment in coordinated actions to destroy an enemy air target.”

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 25th March 2024, Russia had lost approximately 437,390 personnel, 6,887 tanks, 13,183 armoured combat vehicles, 10,877 artillery units, 1,018 multiple launch rocket systems, 726 air defence systems, 347 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 8,539 drones, 2,010 cruise missiles, 26 warships, 1 submarine, 14,454 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,785 units of special equipment.

Ukraine has struck two Russian military ships stationed in Crimea, the Ukrainian military confirmed on Sunday. The attack targeted the landing ships Yamal and Azov, along with a communications centre and other infrastructure belonging to the Black Sea fleet.

The incident, described as the most significant attack in recent months, reportedly resulted in one fatality and four injuries.
