UFC Fighter Receives Broken Nose By Ex Bf Using A Key

This is the shocking injury Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Cindy Dandois suffered after her ex-boyfriend allegedly hit her in the face with keys when she broke up with him.

Belgian Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Dandois, 35, has been snapped with a horrific injury to her nose after her boyfriend reportedly hit her with keys.

Local media report the incident took place outside of the fighter’s home in Belgium after she ended the relationship which allegedly prompted her former boyfriend’s violent reaction. Dandois ended up receiving seven stitches and a broken nose from the conflict.

Dandois spoke told local media her ex-boyfriend could not deal with the fact she wanted to “end the relationship, move on and continue as just friends.”

Dandois went on to say: “It is jealousy. He threatened me all of the time but I never took his threats seriously.

“I do not like to fight outside of the ring. I am not a street fighter. If you do not see an attack coming, it is difficult to avoid it completely. I defended myself, of course, to avoid any further escalation.”

Dandois does not plan to seek legal action and said: “We are all human, we all commit mistakes. I hope he understands that and improves.

“He does not have to be sent to prison. Leave him alone. That is all.”

Local media report Dandois refuses to divulge the man’s identity.

When speaking about what she plans to do next Dandois said: “I am not going to get depressed. I am not the type to get depressed and cry in a corner. Fortunately, I am still here. It could have ended another way.”

Dandois has a record of 15 wins and five losses and is set to fight her next bout in Athens, Greece on 15th December.
