Two Pranksters Jailed For Faking Seizures In Front Of Stunned Commuters On Tube

Two Russian pranksters have been busted by the cops for faking seizures in front of stunned commuters on the tube, as seen in this footage.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Russian capital Moscow said in a statement on 16th February: “Two young people were subjected to administrative arrest for a period of five and eight days for violating public order and creating panic among passengers on the capital’s metro.

“Last week, police officers of the Internal Affairs Directorate at the Moscow Metro, while monitoring the media and the Internet, uncovered evidence of violations of public order on a tube on the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya Line on the Moscow Metro.

“It was established that on December 20, 2021, in the carriage of a tube travelling from the Kaluzhskaya metro station to the Novye Cheryomushki underground station, a young man fell to the floor and began to scream loudly, shaking his arms and legs, and simulating an attack, which created panic and anxiety among passengers.”

The statement continued: “A similar episode with this suspect and the participation of his friend took place on February 2 this year on a train at the Kaluzhskaya station. Subsequently, videos of the incident were posted on social networks and circulated in the media.

“As a result of carrying out an investigation by the police of the Moscow Metro, the two violators of public order, 20-year-old and 25-year-old residents of the capital, were detained and taken to the police department.

“With regard to the detainees, charges were drawn up on an administrative offence under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for ‘petty hooliganism’ and an administrative penalty was imposed by the court in the form of administrative arrest for a period of five and eight days.”
