This stunning TV host went on holiday in British tourist hotspot Croatia and ended up sharing her towel at the beach with this cute lamb she adopted after it got lost.

Jelena Lesic 32, is currently on holiday with her husband Kresimir on the island of Losinj in the northern Adriatic Sea in western Croatia.

They were visiting a friend of theirs who is a vet who showed them the little lost lamb, which needs a lot of care and regular feeding, and he asked if they would be able to look after it. And she said she could not refuse.

She posted to her fans: “Our friend, who is a veterinarian, asked me if I can care for it while it is young.

“I thought, what am I going to do with a lamb?”

She said however that she had purchased a baby bottle, as well as powdered milk and goat’s milk, and then begun the process of winning the lamb’s trust by feeding it.

She added: “He bonded with us in a two-three days and started to follow me around.”

The stunning brunette added that many people stop when they realise that it’s not a dog and that the reactions are all positive.

And the presenter who has also posted pictures of herself with dogs on her Instagram page said that she felt the lamb was more affectionate than a dog.

When they go to a cafe, the new pet goes after her, but does not try to go inside and simply sits and waits for her.

She continued: “We both adore him. Early in the morning he is already hungry and then we feed him for the first time.”

He reportedly also likes to go with Jelena on the beach and loves to suntan. But although he doesn’t eat slippers like dogs do, there is still a risk with a lamb after she revealed: “He nearly ate my entire straw bag.”

She also added that she was really not looking forward to the end of her vacation.

She said: “I cannot explain to you what kind of love and tenderness has come from this, I melt every time. I will shed tears when we separate, but I have about a month left still to enjoy our company.”

When the lamb moves from the milk to a grass and solid food the couple said they plan to hand the lamb back.

Netizen ‘__Che__’ commented: “I would love to adopt Jelena.”

While ‘Lol_lol_1’ added: “This is so sweet. Beautiful.”
