A 21-year-old man predicted his own death in a chilling video filmed moments before he drowned in a lake in Brazil.

The clip shows how Hadryas Flannagan Oliveira Rodrigues made the eerie premonition as he filmed at a reservoir in Vila Rica, Mato Grosso State.

In the footage Hadryas can be heard joking to the camera: “So you know, if I die, it’s the fault of these jerks here.”

Hadryas and his three pals were returning home from a party when he decided to take a dip in the reservoir at around 7am on 5th November.

But eyewitnesses told how he began to struggle shortly after entering the water and quickly disappeared under the surface.

As his friends dived in, they found his body underwater and pulled him to shore to give him CPR, but their attempts were in vain.

He was rushed to the local emergency department, but medics were only able to pronounce him dead.

Hadryas had hundreds of followers on social media, where he described himself as “eclectic” and “a happy madman”.

Civil Police will investigate the case.
