Puppies with green fur are a very rare occurrence according to vet Christian Dimitriadis it is caused by It is caused by a bile pigment called billiverdin that is found in the placenta of dogs and is caused when the placenta dislodges before the puppy is born.
The substance can stain the puppy’s coat when it mixes with the mother’s amniotic fluid which surrounds the pup in the womb.
Dimitriadis said: “The green hair will grow out and it will go back to normal.”
A Mojito is a cocktail that includes fresh mint leaves.
