This is the former Russian special forces soldier filmed moments after he allegedly strangled a 57-year-old patient to death before he took a pen and stabbed it into the victim’s chest, and then stamped on his head.

The man, aged 27, who was not named, allegedly murdered the 57-year-old patient at the Novocherkassk emergency hospital in the Southern Federal subject of Rostov Oblast in Russia last Saturday (12th June).

Local news site Vesti reports that the suspect, who has not been named, had been taken to the hospital to have several bullets removed from his body after he was shot whilst climbing into someone’s garden.

The former soldier had the bullets removed without a general anaesthetic and as he left the operating theatre he caught sight of a 57-year-old patient emerging from an elevator at the end of the corridor.

The suspect allegedly sprinted towards the helpless patient and first grabbed him by the throat and strangled him and then slammed him onto the ground.

The victim’s neck reportedly snapped from the force but the suspect continued to attack him, taking a pen from his pocket and stabbing the victim repeatedly in the chest.

The suspect then stood up and stamped on the 57-year-old’s head repeatedly until he was convinced that he had killed him.

The police arrived and struggled to detain the man who was still in a complete frenzy and did everything he could to avoid being restrained.

Vesti reports that the police said the suspect suffers from a drug problem and a criminal investigation for murder is now being carried out against him whilst he is held in detention.
