Russia Claims It Fired On Ukrainian Forces Using ‘Grad’ Rocket Artillery

Russia’s ‘West’ assault troops allegedly executed precision strikes on fortified positions and Ukrainian soldiers using ‘Grad’ fire systems near the front line city of Kupiansk.

The attack, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence, took place on 18th January.

It said in a statement obtained by Clipzilla: “In a swift and relentless assault, the ‘West’ troop contingent’s artillery units, equipped with reactive volley fire systems (RSZO) “Grad,” executed precision strikes on fortified positions and live Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU) in the Kupiansk Raion on the 18th of January.

“Operating 24/7, the artillery teams showcased exceptional coordination, swiftly neutralizing identified targets. Real-time drone footage confirmed the destruction of fortified positions.

“Working tirelessly for over six months, the RSZO ‘Grad’ teams demonstrated efficiency at a distance of up to 14 kilometres.”
