Evil Yilmaz Fahrioglu allegedly shot his former business partner six times at her workplace in Muratpasa District, Antalya Province, on Monday, 20th March.

Paramedics who arrived on the scene could only pronounce victim Zehra Catal dead from gunshot wounds to her head and neck.

Police believe Fahrioglu, 45, opened fire at Zehra with a handgun during a dispute about an unpaid debt at her workplace in the Ermenek neighbourhood.

After shooting the 40-year-old dead at around 2.30pm, say police, he fled the scene on foot.

Zehra’s body was taken for an autopsy at the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute and later released to her devastated family.

Police are now hunting for Fahrioglu, who they say has a criminal record for intentional injury, robbery, and looting.

Contrary to reports, the victim’s grieving relatives have said that Zehra did not owe anyone any money.

They allege that Fahrioglu killed her while attempting to extort money from her.

Blonde Zehra described herself on social media as the owner of the Zera Group, as well as an architect and contractor.

In addition to Antalya, she mentions Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as the Bauhaus-Universitaet Weimar in Germany.

The search for the suspect is ongoing.
