A vandal who took a poo on a bar floor and then smeared it over a pool table is being hunted by police.

The bizarre poodunnit was recorded on CCTV at the bar in Parauapebas, in northern Brazil’s Para state recently.

Stomach-churning footage shows how the man squats over the floor of the bar – closed at the time – and pulls down his shorts to defecate.

After finishing, he wipes his backside with a piece of paper and, using the same paper, picks up his poo from the floor.

Then he smears the contents all over the surface of one of the pool tables before walking calmly away into the street.

The grainy CCTV images show what seems to be a man in his 30s in shorts, T-shirt and a baseball cap, wearing glasses and sporting a stubble beard.

After discovering the disgusting attack, the bar owner handed over the CCTV footage to the Civil Police – Brazil’s investigative police force – and the press.

At the time of reporting the yob had not been found and his motive remained unclear.
