A naked walker who pointed his manhood at VIP diners at a VIP-studded restaurant has been seized by police.

Suspect Jason Smith, 44, was arrested after cheerfully displaying his penis to customers at the Palm Beach Ta-boo bistro in the US state of Florida, where Rod Stewart is a regular.

Smith was taken into custody by Florida police further down the road on Wednesday, 8th March, still naked, according to local media.

The officer who first spotted Smith first said he was “walking westbound with no clothing on, and with his penis fully exposed to the public.”

Smith reportedly told the cops that he did not know where his clothes were and at first refused to provide his name or date of birth.

He was then handcuffed and taken to the police station, where he eventually gave his name.

Smith then reportedly told police he does not have a social security number or an identification card from any state, because “he resided on a different earth.”

However, he later claimed to live in West Palm Beach.

Smith was charged with one count of indecent exposure, resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct, and booked into Palm Beach County Jail.

Court records revealed that he pled not guilty, while his bond was set at USD 500 (GBP 414).

Ta-boo – where a meal for two costs around USD 200 – is where Hollywood celebrities are regulars.

In its heyday VIP guests like John F. Kennedy, Frank Sinatra and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor flocked to the eaterie.
