Man Makes Russian Salad In Cement Mixer For NYE

This is the moment a man prepares a Russian Salad in a cement mixer for a New Year’s Eve bash.

The incident was filmed in the city of Samara in the south-western Russian region of ‎Samara Oblast and the footage was shared on Instagram where it has been viewed 430,000 times.

In the video, the unnamed man is seen preparing Russian Salad, also known as Olivier salad, a traditional Russian dish that is popular in post-Soviet nations, many European countries, Iran, Israel, Mongolia and also throughout Latin America.

It is usually made with diced boiled potatoes, carrots, brined dill pickles, green peas, eggs, onions, chicken, sausage or ham, and dressed with mayonnaise.

In the video, the Russian culinary master is seen using a concrete mixer to reportedly blend 12 sausages, 20 cans of peas, three buckets of potatoes and five tubs of mayonnaise.

Netizens had a lot to say about the man’s unusually-prepared Russian Salad for his upcoming New Year’s Eve do.
